Course Cancellation Policy
Two to eight weeks before the event
If cancellation is made between eight and two weeks before the first day of the event, we will retain 25% of the fee to cover administration costs. However during this period a booking may be either transferred once, free of charge, to another similar event within the following 12 months or the substitution of a course delegate can be made free of charge.
Two weeks before the event
With two weeks before the first day of the event, or if the participant fails to attend, the full fee remains due. Transfer of booking to another event is not possible at this stage but substitution of a course delegate can be made free of charge.
All cancellations, transfers and substitutes should be confirmed in writing before the event.
