Theramex is a new, global specialty pharmaceutical company, dedicated to women and their health. The company has been founded on the purchase of Teva’s non-US Women’s Health assets by CVC Capital Partners for $703 million. The acquired portfolio consists of over 20 specialty women’s health prescription products spanning four clinical areas – contraception, fertility, menopause and osteoporosis. The product portfolio is sold in 50 countries across 5 continents and includes brands such Zoely, Seasonique, Leeloo, Ovaleap, Colpotrophine and Actonel.
Theramex have adopted an asset-light business model, manufacturing outsourced to high quality 3rd party manufacturers. The company will market its products through its own salesforce and third-party distributors in EMEA, APAC and Latin America. UK staff are based at their new HQ offices in Sloane Square, London.
Theramex have been operating as a standalone business since February 2018.  Growth has been rapid; UK headcount is now between 70-80 people and rising. 
There is a need to recruit a highly effective Headquarters’ teams to ensure continuity across the business in a number of key functions.

The Overall Objective:
To lead the logistics function in providing a first-class customer service for packaged finished goods/ products and providing accurate data and reports for leadership business decisions.

Provide effective management for the planning and replenishment of finished goods while ensuring sound inventory management and customer service.

Work closely with the European markets, quality, internal and external customers to ensure excellent service levels.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
*Manage effectively the relationships with all Theramex’s 3rd & 4th Party Suppliers.
*Liaise and co-ordinate transport & logistics activities with European Central Supply Chain and Theramex Global.
*Responsible for handling technical details relating to international transportation such as customs regulations and any necessary documentation. 
*Efficiently evaluates the costs of transportation, services and inventory within any budget or distribution strategy.
*Promote a work ethic of common business goals with all stakeholders.
*Generate and issue reports as required by the business.
*Build relationships with Logistics providers and work closely with 3rd /4th   party manufacturing organisation to ensure the protection of freight in transportation.
*Develop and implement KPIs to measure and maintain order flow of all products and manage the customer delivery chain. Oversee monitoring of all transport/logistics activity to ensure quality of service and product excellence

*Educated to degree level
*Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) preferred or equivalent
*7-10 years European logistics management

*A track record of logistics/distribution management gained in Pharmaceutical or FMCG consumer products industry
*10+ years pharmaceutical or FMCG consumer goods industry experience
*Strong people & change management experience
*Ability to influence and communicate non-direct remote teams across a complex network of contract manufacturers, distributors and suppliers
*Demonstrable European experience in logistics, warehousing and inventory management relating to the movement and monitoring of finished pharmaceutical products
*Ability to operate successfully in a matrix organisation – international experience would be advantageous
*Deep understanding and knowledge of supply chain management. Facilitate effective co-ordinating/liaising with suppliers, manufacturers/warehousing, freight forwarders, raw materials, consumers and retailers. 
*Acutely aware of the various external influences on logistics movement 
*Excellent negotiating skills
*GMP/GDP requirements
*Knowledge of international national import/export legislation must be able to effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise in international freight transportation
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Ability to be resourceful, think out of the box
