Respect and authenticity are essential to any mutually beneficial business relationship. Trust is also key, particularly in the logistics space where companies rely on 3PLs for mission-critical operations. Learn what some of the world’s biggest brands look for in building effective logistics partnerships:

  • Do ‘people buy people’?
  • How do buyers select logistics suppliers?
  • How can 3PLs move from a transactional service to a partnership with key customers?
  • Who is the ‘true customer’ and what do they really want?

This virtual roundtable will be moderated by Sarah Booth of XPO Logistics, one of the world’s largest providers of supply chain services. At the top of XPO’s value proposition is an intense customer service culture that connects the company’s teams in 30 countries. XPO is also an innovation leader in freight transportation and logistics, and has been named one of the World’s Most Admired Companies by Fortune in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
