Magnus Group is a leading logistics company based in Ipswich, close to the Port of Felixstowe.

The company’s 150-strong team offers transport, warehousing and freight-forwarding, all delivered with a strong reputation for customer service.

There is around 350,000 sq ft of warehouse space split between the company’s HQ at Great Blakenham on the A14 near Ipswich and the nearby Port of Felixstowe. There is an ambition to add more.

On the transport side, there is a modern fleet of 60 trucks, which are upgraded on a rolling basis, plus additional trailers (container and curtain side). Magnus is also a member of Pall-Ex and Partnerlink.

Magnus Group was initially started by Paul Magnus in 1973. Following his death in 2018, his son Olly, who has always worked in the logistics industry, invested in the company to bring it back under family control.

Since 2019, the business has enjoyed consistent growth and offers a highly professional service. Staff are now aligned to a shared vision, and the business embraces a team culture.
