Based on the survey questions each member completes, PalMark provides a report containing accurate and relevant key performance indicator data, enabling each club member to measure external contractors and internal departmental performance. Using PalMark, Public Authorities can manage performance in areas vital to the continued delivery of lean and efficient public services.

Membership of the PalMark Club includes:
