Developing your Bespoke Programme
The starting point for any bespoke programme is to find out more about your organisation, its corporate strategy and objectives and how training can be designed to support achievement of those objectives.
Step one: Consult and advise
We work with you to get a better understanding of your objectives for investing in training for your team; for example, do you want to have an impact on knowledge, change behaviour or change the skill set of a group of employees? Or, do you want your team to gain new knowledge and/or skills? Listening to you and understanding the drivers for your business is the key to putting together a package to deliver the required learning outcomes.
Step two: Scope and develop
Based on these initial conversations we develop a learning and development programme to deliver the desired learning outcomes.
Step three: Review and finalise
The next stage is to review the outline programme with you to ensure it meets your requirements and then the content is finalised and timeframes for delivery agreed.
Step four: Deliver
The learning programme is delivered at a time and place in line with your organisational needs.
Step five: Feedback and evaluate
Finally, we help you to evaluate the impact of the training, and use the feedback to inform future development plans. Ideally we measure impact back in the workplace after the course to ensure a return on investment.
