Welcome to the CILT Golf Society.

Chair: Paul Symes CBE FCILT

Business networking and golf fit well together, so in 1994 the CILT Golf Society was formed “to provide golfing members of the CILT(UK) with the opportunity to foster professional, business and sporting contacts”.  Over the years our programme has been expanded and refined and we now focus on organising events at top quality traditional members’ clubs and courses.

It is a successful formula which has forged many friendships and business contacts, enabled members to entertain guests and to have an enjoyable day.  Why not get in touch and attend one of our events just to experience the camaraderie of this friendly and welcoming golf-based forum.

Captain's Message

Message from, CILT Golf Society Captain

Hello and welcome to the CILT Golf Society.

This year we are playing at some fabulous golf courses: Beaconsfield GC in April, Hankley Common GC in May, Copt Heath GC in June and Northampton GC in October. There are also three matches against: the Royal Logistics Corps & Transport Association golf Societies; the Oil Industry Gs and the Liberal Golf Circle. The annual CILT GS tour this year is to Yorkshire - playing 3 top courses around York.

I was introduced into the golf society by a member 10 years ago and never regretted it a moment. I have met some wonderful characters and enjoyed many happy fun times. I hope you will too.

Cheers
