Laura Drury - Positive Communication and Relationship Building

As one of our lead facilitators, Laura fits into the Laughology crew perfectly with her funny, charming personality, if not a little mad at times. Passionate about people’s wellbeing she will do whatever it takes to get you to challenge unhelpful thinking, make positive choices and have a few giggles along the way.  Getting communication right is about so much more than just speaking… It’s about understanding different communication styles, listening, body language, and a myriad of other nuanced factors. Laughology’s session will help you do just that, by demonstrating the tools to become a communication ninja, whilst creating connection through the power of laughter.

Kerry Leigh - Growth Mindset 

Kerry's experience and knowledge in standup comedy and psychology make her one of Laughology's most sought-after facilitators. Kerry consistently delivers, using humour and laughter to ensure people take away new ways of thinking and psychological tools to improve wellbeing, communication and resilience.  Teams with a growth mindset are more likely to embrace challenges, new ways of working and thinking, and be more persistent.
