Advanced Professional Diploma in Supply Chain Networks

The CILT(UK) Level 6 Professional Diploma in Supply Chain Networks builds on supply chain professionals existing knowledge to evaluate current supply chain activity, leading to transformational change in the pursuit of effective supply chain performance and resilience. This qualification offers a route to Chartered Membership of CILT (CMILT).

Blended Learning
The qualification is delivered through blended learning via interactive online modules within the CILT(UK) learning platform and through facilitated digital classrooms. Inclusive of introductory sessions, discussion forums and assessment preparation.
Course structure
The diploma is comprised of three units. To achieve the diploma, Learners are required to successfully complete all three mandatory units. Unit 1:Enhanced Supply Chain Capability. Unit 2: Supply Chain Performance Excellence . Unit 3: Navigating and Influencing Change within Supply Chains
Assessments
To achieve the qualification, three assessments must be completed, and a minimum of a pass mark must be achieved in each assessment. All units are assessed by written assignment in report style.
Learner support
Learners are supported for the duration of the course by the CILT(UK) Learning Centre team and will facilitate assessment enrolment, as well as notification of assessment results and feedback.
Digital Classroom Facilitator
A highly experienced industry professional will facilitate the digital classrooms, sharing their insight and best practice throughout the course and supporting Learners with their knowledge and skills development.
Unit 1: Enhanced Supply Chain Capability
This unit explores the effects of globalisation and its impacts on society, economy and culture, which is essential to individuals, businesses and policy makers to make informed decisions promoting sustainable network design and control within the supply chain.
Unit 2: Supply Chain Performance Excellence
Supply Chain Performance Excellence examines systematic ways to assess and improve various aspects of operations, to discern meaningful insights that affect decision-making; identifying areas for improvement and development to support future success.
Unit 3: Navigating and Influencing Change within Supply Chains
This unit focusses on delivering transformational change and leadership activities by investigating approaches to navigating the complexities of change in order to influence the success of transformative initiatives within your organisation.
