We know many businesses are struggling to recruit people with the right skills. Working with schools, special schools and colleges is a proven way of developing young people’s skills for the jobs of today and tomorrow.
That’s why Generation Logistics is working with The Careers & Enterprise Company on the launch of their new free self-assessment framework: Employer Standards. The framework enables businesses to understand what good careers education outreach looks like. Employers who have already completed the Employer Standards say it is helping them develop talent pipelines, close skills gaps, increase diversity and attract job and apprenticeship applicants.
This joint webinar with the Careers & Enterprise Company, there will be an opportunity to hear from employers about how it has benefited their businesses. We will show you how to use the tool and demonstrate how it will benefit your business.
Once you have signed-up for the webinar, please register to use the Employer Standards tool.
The Careers & Enterprise Company is the national body for careers education in England, supporting schools and colleges to deliver modern, 21st century careers education. Their mission is to help every young person find their best next step.
