This event which is being organised by the Travel Demand Management Forum is aimed at professionals in the Travel Demand Management/ travel behavioural change/ travel mode shift professional discipline. 

For the morning’s session (hybrid format), Forum members and invited speakers will share knowledge on topical innovations in TDM delivery, with a focus on TfWM in the West Midlands and on Major Events, including talks from TFWM and Six Degrees consulting. We will also cover a bitesize session on the potential for a TDM training course as part of our upskilling and education focus. 

The afternoon’s session (in person only) will involve a guided tour of TfWM’s Regional Transport Co-ordination Centre to discuss operational TDM in practice and how the facility took on a pivotal role in transport co-ordination for the B2022 Commonwealth Games. 

It promises to be a great and varied day, showcasing innovations in practical TDM delivery which can replicated across other regions in the UK.

Both ‘remote’ participants for the morning’s hybrid session and in person attendees for the full event are warmly welcomed.
