J Sainsbury plc has announced that is has successfully completed its acquisition of Home Retail Group plc – the owner of Argos and Habitat.

Mike Coupe, Chief Executive, Sainsbury’s, said: “We are delighted our acquisition of Home Retail Group is now complete.
