Transporeon Group launches the next generation of its Mobile Order Management. Building on four years of customer utilisation of this successful cloud-based solution, Transporeon has significantly expanded its capabilities. The upgraded version benefits from the company’s extensive experience in best-practice end-to-end transportation solutions across diverse industries at global scale.

Key value enhancements allow for additional flexibility in receiving real-time statuses, digital documentation, and ETAs no matter who is servicing the transport – even outside the Transporeon ecosystem. Through simple integration of all carriers and subcarriers beyond own fleets into the digital supply chain providing end-to-end transparency.

Further enhancement also allows for expanded customisation based on individual needs and specific processes. With this evolution, Mobile Order Management achieves closest alignment with each customer’s workflows and effectively links the real world to the digital world.

“With this next-generation platform, we meet the growing, changing needs of shippers and carriers around the world,” says Peter Förster, Managing Partner at Transporeon. “During the last four years we enhanced the technology, built up deep knowledge of the customer processes and project realisation as well as the right steps to get all stakeholders aligned. This allows all involved parties to have a smooth integration and maximize benefits.”

According to Dr. Harald Varel, Head of Product Management at Transporeon: “We appreciate that companies have varying needs and are at different stages of digitalisation. That’s why our multilingual solution includes competent integration, onboarding, and 24/7 support in 25 languages for shippers, carriers, sub-carriers and drivers.”

Looking to the future, Dr. Varel adds: “Also, our customers do not need to worry about obsolescence or invest in solution development. We are constantly innovating and making regular updates to meet new customer demands.”  That is why companies like Knauf, the international manufacturer of construction materials, and ArcelorMittal, the multinational steel manufacturing corporation trust in Transporeons Mobile Order Management.
