One of the first users of Business on the Move in CILT’s South East Region, is MCL Transport.
MCL, established in 1992 and based in Sussex, is part-owned by its employees. Its Managing Director, Anne Clark FCILT, is Chair of CILT’s Sussex Group and a former Board member of the Institute.
In addition to MCL’s ongoing Management Services work in concessionary travel schemes, the company is involved with a range of consultancy projects in the concessionary travel field.
Keen to get young people involved in the logistics and transport sector, MCL recently took on a new apprentice, Shaun Trueman, as Revenue & Data Systems Assistant. Shaun is currently studying at Sussex Downs College on day release.
Anne proposes to use the game in house but also make it available to Sussex Group members to try.
