CILT asks for leading supply chain professionals to take part in future of logistics survey

Coventry University masters student, Stijn Beliën, would like to involve you in his research regarding the adoption of Machine Learning in Supply Chain Management and Transport.

What is the purpose of the study?
This questionnaire aims to investigate the current body of knowledge on Machine Learning. More specifically this study wants to investigate the general knowledge on Machine Learning and what its current level of adoption is of companies active in the field of logistics, i.e. Supply Chain and Transport.

What will happen to the results of the research study?
The results will be written up and presented as a part of my final postgraduate dissertation. If the results are novel, it may also be presented at academic conferences and/or written up for publication in peer reviewed academic journals.

Who is organising and funding the research?
The research is organised by Stijn Beliën, who is a final year postgraduate student at Coventry University Engineering & Management Department. This project is not externally funded.

Who has reviewed the study?
This study has been reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of Coventry University.
