In December, Justin Coleman and three colleagues will be setting out from La Gomera in The Canaries to row across the Atlantic to Antigua, to raise money for Mind, Combat Stress and the Marine Conservation Society.
The grueling 3000 mile, eight week journey and will test the team to their physical limits and will be the ultimate test of their mental endurance.
Justin and his team are looking for CILT's members to help them transport their boat to La Gomera by November 30th as cheaply as possible. 29' long, 7' wide and 6' high the boat will fit in to a 40' container and can be taken to any port in England.
