Wilson James was triumphant at the Team Heathrow Partnership Awards with nominations in many categories and two significant wins including the coveted Partner of the Year Award.
To win the Partner of the Year Award crowns the organisation's 20-year-long partnership with Heathrow. It is a testament to their ‘can do’ attitude to actively developing and innovating on behalf of Heathrow.
Wilson James, which employs around 200 people at the airport, also won the ‘Treating Everyone with Respect’ Award. This award is hugely significant to us because it recognises that the ways in which we value our team and our clients foster respect, dedication and excellent service. Both Heathrow and Wilson James have made the wellbeing and mental health of our teams’ key to how our businesses work. Respect and care for our teams translates to better care for passengers, colleagues, suppliers and the entire Team Heathrow community.
