The Transport Practitioners’ Meeting (TPM) is the annual meeting place for all transport planners, highway engineers and urban transport designers to present topical papers, share knowledge, engage in constructive debates and disseminate the latest thinking across the profession.

PTRC Education and Research Services (PTRC), a company within The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), is calling for transport practitioners from all levels to submit their unique abstracts, which highlight the challenges, solutions and innovations from within the sector. Please be advised, that the deadline for submission of abstracts is 12:00hrs on Thursday 25th January 2018.

This year’s TPM will be held at The Examination Schools, Oxford from 5th-6th July 2018.

Regardless of your career level, presenting at TPM offers numerous opportunities. Experienced practitioners will benefit from the chance to present to a diverse and knowledgeable community of peers, offering plenty of opportunity to debate and disseminate information presented, while younger practitioners will gain confidence from presenting to an expert, knowledgeable audience.

TPM is supported by the Transport Planning Society (TPS), and submitting an abstract is recognised as an important contribution to the development of technical and professional skills promoted by TPS’ Professional Development Scheme and will count towards your CPD hours.

For further information about, TPM, the Call for Papers and to submit your abstract, visit: www.transportconference.co.uk/2018-call-for-papers/ or contact the PTRC Events Team: info@ptrc-training.co.uk
