Debenhams’ full estate of 165 UK stores are to host Doddle’s click and collect service by Spring 2019.
This will enable shoppers to collect and return parcels from over 50 Doddle retail partners including at any Debenhams store. Partners include ASOS, Amazon, Missguided and Wiggle. This follows a trial of the Doddle service at 50 Debenhams stores. The partnership has driven six figure parcel volumes within the first few months of trial, said Debenhams retail, food, digital and events managing director Ross Clemmow, which “provides testimony to the fact that together we’re providing a service UK consumers really value.”
