Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK will be held at The Midland Hotel, Manchester on Tuesday 18th June 2019 commencing at approximately 17.45 hrs, following the conclusion of the International Centenary Convention.

The AGM will conduct the following items of ordinary business:

  • To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2018 and the reports of the directors and auditors
  • To reappoint Mazars LLP as auditors and to authorise the directors to agree their remuneration

The following grades are entitled to attend and vote: Member, Chartered Member, Fellow, Emeritus Fellow, Honorary Fellow
