The AGM will conduct the following items of ordinary business:
• To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2019 and the reports of the trustees and auditors • To reappoint Mazars LLP as auditors and to authorise the trustees to agree their remuneration
The following grades are entitled to attend and vote: Member, Chartered Member, Fellow, Emeritus Fellow, Honorary Fellow.
