The Border and Protocol Delivery Group want to remind you that charging for plant health controls (documentary, identity, and physical checks) on imports of EU high-priority plants and plant products will be introduced from 1 June 2021 in England, Wales and Scotland.
In recognition of these new charging arrangements, we have produced further guidance on how these fees will be applied, including examples and more detail on the interpretation of “intended for final user”.

Please note, the fees for imports of bulk loads of loose bark/wood chippings for forestry uses remain unchanged.
