Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK will be held via Zoom on Wednesday 22^nd September 2021 commencing 11:00 to conduct the following items of ordinary business:

1. To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 30^th September 2020 and the reports of the directors and auditors.
2. To reappoint Mazars LLP as auditors and to authorise the directors to agree their remuneration.
