project44 has announced the $255 million acquisition of Convey, a last-mile technology company that powers direct-to-consumer delivery experiences for more than 200 of the world's largest brands.
The acquisition is project44's third this year and largest ever, and extends its real-time supply chain visibility to last-mile, including parcel, courier, white-glove doorstep delivery and visibility into item returns.
