A new deal between online retailer Amazon and click-and-collect firm Doddle will allow Amazon customers to pick up their parcels from railway stations.
Doddle is a click-and-collect joint venture between Network Rail and Travelex millionaire Lloyd Dorfman. Mr Dorfman said Amazon will start using Doddle from September.
A pilot operation has been set up in Milton Keynes and there are plans to expand the service to 300 stations and high street shops in Cannon Street, Woking, Bromley South, Brighton and Chelmsford.
Last year, Amazon held talks with Transport for London to use its tube stations as collection points in London.
In an interview with the Sunday Telegraph, Mr Dorfman said: "They're sorting out the systems issues and have agreed to begin using Doddle in September."
Dorfman and Network Rail are investing £24 million in Doddle to capitalise on the online retail boom and the demand for more convenient delivery solutions.
