Maersk has announced its intent to acquire Hong Kong-based omnichannel fulfilment company LF Logistics.
According to Maersk, LF Logistics will allow the company to offer global door-to-door supply chain solutions to its customers, supported by LF Logistics’ premium warehouse fulfilment services, omnichannel footprint and ecommerce and inland transport competences.

“There will be one homogeneous fulfilment mechanism across all geographies, with less contact points, more visibility, and more data, truly supporting our customers grow their business.”
