The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK (CILT(UK)) has featured in a news-style programme produced by ITN Business called 'Transforming Logistics: Precision and Purpose.'

During the program which launched on October 10, CILT(UK) led the discussion on why the sector is such an attractive and important industry to work in today and how the Institute can help progressively upskill the professional development of those working within it.

The programme, hosted by presenter and broadcaster Louise Minchin from the ITN London Studio, features key industry and news-style reports along with sponsored editorial profiles.

It spotlights key players and innovative organisations within the logistics and supply chain sector that are tackling the industry's most pressing challenges.

As CILT(UK) is the Chartered body for professionals working across the logistics, transport and wider supply chain sector, the programme showcases CEO Paul Adams highlighting why people are at the core of logistics and supply chain management.

Commenting on the Institute's involvement, Paul Adams said: "We are delighted to participate in the programme, which provides an excellent platform to showcase the diverse and exciting career opportunities within our sector.
