Bidvest Logistics has taken a new lease on its existing 116,000 sq ft warehouse at Prologis Cabot Park in Bristol.
The firm runs a contract for Arla from this site and originally secured its occupation of the warehouse through a sublease granted in 2013.
Prologis welcomed the firm for its extended stay at the site, with managing director Andrew Griffiths adding that the firm will now be able to continue its operations with the minimum disruption.
Shaun Foley, managing director of Bidvest Logistics UK, said: "Prologis Cabot Park is an ideal location for many of our customers."
He added that he is pleased to guarantee the future of his firm at the same site.
"The building gives us the capacity to develop our operations and it represents a significant investment in the continuing success of our business," Mr Foley commented.
