Yodel has renewed its contract with the Paragon Group, in a move that will see the distribution network continue to make use of the services offered by Paragon for a further three years.
Manufacturing, warehousing and fulfilment activities will be carried out on behalf of Yodel by Paragon for the duration of this period, Logistics Manager reports.
Built into the contract is an option to extend the deal once again for a further two years after the conclusion of the initial period.
While Paragon continues to provide warehousing and pick and pack solutions, Yodel will make use of Paragon's online ordering system and PEP technology.
This represents a new addition to the contract on top of the agreements that had already been in place. It will allow Yodel customers to place stationery orders and track them in real time.
