Royal Mail is enhancing the functionality of its online postage and labelling service Click & Drop.
Multi-label postage and printing is now offered as part of the service, in addition to international delivery to more than 200 countries and territories all over the world.
It is hoped that the addition of multi-label postage and printing will make the delivery system easier for small to medium-sized enterprises (SME) to use, as it will make it possible for them to process up to five items at once.
A marketing insight report was recently carried out by Royal Mail, which prompted the launch of the service enhancement.
It was revealed that one in four SME e-retailers that do not already use online marketplaces plan to do so in order to increase sales in 2015.
Royal Mail Parcels managing director Nick Landon said: "The new features open up a world of delivery at the click of a mouse and ensure that SMEs can spend more time selling, and less time managing their distribution."
