South Yorkshire-based radio control helicopter superstore Fast Lad has selected NetDespatch as a partner to help streamline its order process.
This will be achieved by integrating Fast Lad's online order data with Royal Mail, resulting in a dramatic reduction in administration work.
Radio control helicopter enthusiasts Jamie Renwick and Chris Walton founded the firm in 2006 and is one of the fastest-growing of its kind in Europe.
It had to move to larger premises four years ago and now processes thousands of online orders for delivery all over the world every single year.
Mr Renwick, director of the company, said the previous manual dispatch system became too labourious.
'We are very happy with the NetDespatch solution, and since it is offered as part of the Royal Mail service we did not have to pay anything extra for the solution,' he commented.
