A new development site just off junction four of the A1 in Nottinghamshire has been purchased by db symmetry.
This will allow the firm to unlock its plans to establish a major distribution park in the region, as it offers 48 acres of space and already includes outline planning consent for up to 721,000 sq ft of employment space.
Savills advised db symmetry on the deal - and Savills and Dove Haigh Phillips have been instructed to act as letting agents on the premises.
Director of db symmetry Andrew Dickman said the site offers scale and excellent connectivity opportunities, which he hopes will generate significant business demand.
"This site provides db symmetry with its first major project east of the Pennines although we look forward to further increasing the number of projects in this region in the near future," Mr Dickman commented, suggesting the firm will be looking for further development opportunities soon.
