The ‘It’s My Journey’ app enables passengers to search for a specific train over a selected period of time to determine how reliable the service is. The results show percentage figures for how often a train is on time, delayed or cancelled over a period of several months. Glow Media has developed the app to help passengers choose the best train services and routes for their journeys. The app will be available from April 2016.
