Stoford has announced that good progress is being made on its efforts to deliver a £20 million warehouse and manufacturing development in the West Midlands.
The Birmingham-based developer is demolishing buildings at its 18-acre Pantheon Park site in Wednesbury, Wolverhampton, as part of a scheme that is expected to create over 400 jobs.
Planning permission has been granted for 412,000 sq ft of manufacturing, warehouse and distribution space with 24/7 operations.
Managing director at Stoford Dan Gallagher praised Pantheon Park as an excellent location for such work that will bring plenty of benefits to the local area.
"Pantheon Park represents a rare opportunity for an ambitious logistics or manufacturing company looking to move to the region or expand its existing operations locally to have a high-specification build-to-suit premises," he commented, adding that the site will be ready by late 2016.
