CILT is delighted to announce that it has accredited an exciting new training course for all those involved in customs work. This new course sets the standard for professional competence in commercial operational customs compliance. 

This is important as under the new Union Customs Code (UCC) a company’s access to customs simplifications, priority treatment and reduced cost will be based on external risk assessment. 

Setting the standard for Customs professionals this new qualification covers the ‘must have’ knowledge for effective operations. Uniquely this practical and pragmatic course places the emphasis on options, outcomes, benefits and drawbacks for business in the real world. 

Candidates must attend all five days of the course and attain the pass mark in the multi-choice assessment to be awarded the Certificate. The course provides 28 CPD hours.
