Howard Tenens has recently opened one of the largest speculatively developed warehouses in the South West. Bristol Gateway, developed by National logistics and property company Howard Tenens, measures 169,000 sq ft and includes 14 metre eaves, 20 dock level loading doors, two storey offices and a viewing platform. The unit has been built as a result of the growing demand for logistics and warehouse space across the country. Jamie Hartles, Logistics Director at Tenens, says: “Bristol Gateway is an exciting addition to the Howard Tenens portfolio. We are experiencing steady growth and look forward to filling the new build within the next few months”. On Wednesday 13th April 2016 Howard Tenens Sharpness will host a CILT dual-site visit to the newly built Bristol Gateway and the Sharpness Docks. The visit will comprise of a tour of the recently constructed 169,000 sq ft warehouse, which has bought the site storage footprint up to 637,000 sq ft.
