Car manufacturer MG Motor UK has now extended its contract with TVS Supply Chain Solutions for an undisclosed amount of time.
As a customer of TVS, MG receives warehousing and inventory support services at its Longbridge site, reports Logistics Manager.
TVS is also managing a project that will enhance the services of its warehouse facility for all of its customers. The company hopes to complete these changes and improvements by April in order to meet additional capacity requirements for its client base.
MG's latest units sales reports have shown a significant period of growth over the past year, which has led it to being able to expand and give its customer base more storage options.
Harvey France, MG head of aftersales and parts, said: "TVS provides a first-class service in operating the MG Aftersales Parts Warehouse. This specialism has, for the last five years, enabled MG to focus its efforts on the development of parts sales."
