Wincanton appoints business optimisation and transformation director

The largest British logistics business, Wincanton, has appointed a new Business Optimisation and Transformation Director to support its continued growth and expand its customer offering.

Marcos Hart will lead one of the industry’s largest optimisation teams with over 600 lean six sigma experts who are responsible for driving business optimisation, efficiency and innovation across the organisation. He will be tasked with adding value for customers through innovation, increasing efficiency, continuous improvement, effective change management and delivery of group transformation projects.

In addition, Marcos will oversee the business’ health, safety, environment and sustainability agendas.
