Advanced Capability

Organisations who have achieved Advanced Capability have evidenced that they have an embedded culture of thought leadership, knowledge sharing and innovative practice.

To achieve Advanced Capability, organsiations must achieve Recognised Capability and Enhanced Capability, plus evidence:

  • Mechanisms that support employee empowerment such as how ideas are suggested, shared, explored, tested and implemented
  • Internal communication strategies and channels ensuring strategic direction is filtered through the organisation
  • Succession planning and activity to ensure individuals are prepared to support future organisational capability and their own professional development journey
  • Activities to support best practice in the profession.
