ADVANCED CAPABILITY
Advanced Capability

Organisations who have achieved Advanced Capability have evidenced that they have an embedded culture of thought leadership, knowledge sharing and innovative practice.

To achieve Advanced Capability, organsiations must achieve Able Capability and Enhanced Capability, plus evidence:

  • How ideas are suggested, shared, explored, tested and implemented
  • A recognisable continuous improvement ethos
  • Effectively managed internal communication ensuring strategic direction is filtered through the organisation
  • “Business as usual” development programmes that augment technical skills and improve core workplace competencies
  • Employee empowerment.
