Speaker: Rosalind Bluestone, Founder and CEO of Goods for Good
Our speaker for the evening is Rosalind Bluestone, Founder and CEO of Goods for Good. This charity is dedicated to moving overstocked goods which would otherwise end up in landfill, from British companies to refugees and other vulnerable people around the world including: Northern Iraq, Ukraine, Moldova; places where people have no money for clothing, footwear, medicines and hygiene products. Over the past 6 months, they have created a unique platform where British companies can donate goods, storage and logistical support as a part of their CSR policy.
This joint event in collaboration with Women in Logistics and the London Supply Chain Networking Group is open to CILT and Women in Logistics members and non-members.
Networking starts from 6pm, with the "formal" bit to start at 7pm – we finish at 8.30
Light refreshments will be provided
There is no charge, however spaces are limited, and advance booking is essential.
