Hugh has worked with many global companies in the areas of business performance and integrated work systems including the likes of Castrol, Kraft, Heinz, Pernod Ricard, GSK and Cargill. Hugh now enjoys a global reputation as a lively conference chair, facilitator and engaging speaker.

Chris will focus his presentation from the customer perspective on how to use technology to transform systems and deliver simplification, efficiency and a step change in the Customer and Colleague Experience.
Graham Newland, Future Business Design Delivery Lead and Business Architect, Wolseley
Graham Newland is the Future Business Design Delivery Lead
and Business Architect at Wolseley to design and deliver the new Oracle systems
and business processes to transform the Wolseley UK business. The initial focus
of the programme is around supply chain management, purchasing and order
orchestration.
Graham is a respected expert in the world of supply chain
management. In recent years, he has won 2 international awards for supply chain
contribution in retail and related manufacturing industries, and has also been
appointed as one of the Top 9 Minds advisory group supporting future
operational and IT strategies for the Joint Armed Military services in the UK.
Graham is also a guest lecturer on omni channel management and international
value chain management for Oxford University, working with CxO’s from around
the world on how to transform their global operations.
Graham’s career has embraced working for BP, Fujitsu,
Oracle, PwC, IBM, Granada, and Liberty. He has been directly involved with
providing solutions for many other leading organisations including Rolls-Royce,
Vodafone, Sony, Pepsico, Proctor & Gamble, Tesco, 3M, Diageo, Macy’s,
Kingfisher, Argos, and many others.
Tom Davies, Sales Director, Oracle Corporation
Tom is a mechanical engineer with an MBA from Cranfield who has worked at Oracle for the past 20 years and has a wealth of supply chain experience across all industries in the UK and Ireland.
Bryan Oak, COO and Head of Strategy and Architecture, Searchlight Consulting
Bryan is an experienced consultant and advisor with over 26 years in business and IT consulting, including 16 years leading global and multi-site ERP implementations. He has led the delivery of multiple business transformation initiatives, spanning end-to-end programme definition and delivery, working for Druid, Xansa (now SopraSteria), CSC and Atos. He is now the COO of Searchlight Consulting. His presentation will demonstrate how technology is key to delivering strategic business objectives, competitive advantage & sustainable improvement. Too often technology-enabled changes fail to deliver expected returns, take too long & cost too much. The presentation will focus on delivering value from business technology investments & change that sticks.
Vikram Singla, Strategy Director – Commercial Industries, Oracle Corporation
Vikram is strategy director for the commercial sector in UK. He helps business leaders leverage technology to deliver better outcomes for their organisations. He has over 20 years’ experience in the technology sector, including deploying supply chain digital transformation programmes for Fortune 500 firms. One of his initial assignment was to build digital factory models to drive capital investment decisions at an automotive major. He is big advocate of design thinking as a structured approach to manage cultural change and align the organisation around the customer. He is currently responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for Oracle Cloud including emerging technologies. Vikram has an MBA from Warwick Business School and graduated from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Delhi, India.
Dr. Geoff Relph, Managing Director - Inventory Matters Ltd
Geoff has over 40 of experience working in the area of Inventory and Business Systems Management in operational, consulting and academic roles and in a wide range of blue-chip companies at both strategic and operational levels. He helps companies improve business effectiveness by facilitating and improving their business skills. He has delivered courses internationally in Logistics & Operations Management and Supply Chain Integration as associate lecturer at Warwick University and has presented papers at the International Symposium on Inventory Research which were published in July 2014. Geoff is a Past Chairman of the Institute of Operations Management.

Ian is a great enthusiast for efficient supply chain processes and his aim is to get all assets and people to work to their ultimate capability.”
Catherine Milner, Director, C2mc Ltd
Catherine is a Chartered Engineer with many years of line management experience in aerospace, petrochemicals and telecommunications. These were invaluable for her more recent consultancy experience including working in supply chain, logistics and operations management. Her academic experience has included lecturing in the UK, India and Singapore. Having been involved in system implementations she understands, and has lived, the necessity for strong leadership and strong change management for long-term implementation success, as well as clear communication and objectives, necessary education and an emphasis on people processes during the initial implementation.
