EY has appointed Anna Delvecchio as a partner in it's expanding Government and Infrastructure consultancy practice in the UK. Anna joined the transport team and works across EY projects with central government, local authorities and private sector clients, using her experience to advise on largescale transport development and transformation delivery projects.

Prior to joining EY, Anna was a founding member of the Highways Sector Council (HSC), a not-for-profit organisation established to drive collaboration between industry and government, harness latest technologies to transform UK highways and ultimately drive economic, environmental and social benefits for people across the country. She also co - led the transport sector's coordinated response to government industrial strategy to shape the 2018 Rail Sector deal.
Anna is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (FCIPS). She is also a member of the Rail Supply Group (RSG), Chair of the Highways UK Advisory Board, HSC Future Leaders Group and a Council member for the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation.
We are delighted to have the following people join the conversation:

Stephanie Ezra is a Transport Planner at Mott MacDonald. She joined the industry in January 2022 after working nearly a decade as an Architect in France. Since entering the Transport profession, she has gravitated towards future mobility and decarbonisation projects, with a low-tech vision that encourages active travel modes and seeks to reduce our dependency on private vehicles in urban areas. Her interest in complex systems has led her to get involved in FUTURES, visioning and scenario planning work with internal and external clients.
Leora Wilson is an Apprentice Transport Planner at Mott MacDonald. Having studied geography, music and applied science in sixth form, Leora entered the industry in September 2021. To date, she has worked in a wide range of disciplines in transport planning with future mobility and events being her favourite. As well as her apprentice role, Leora hosts our transport planning practice technical webinar series, always bringing some fun and light to everyone's days! Leora was thrilled to win Regional Advanced Apprentice of the Year for London at the National Apprenticeship Awards 2022!
Mark Harrison is a Senior Transport Planner at Mott MacDonald, with seven years' experience delivering a range of infrastructure projects. Having studied geography at school, Mark wanted to work in an environment where he could apply his knowledge and interest in sustainable urban development and connectivity. In 2021 Mark was named the CIHT Young Professional of the year, having supported the West Yorkshire Combined Authority in developing their Carbon Impact Assessment. Since then, he has taken more roles within the CIHT, being a member of the national Council, as well as various committees at both national and regional levels. Outside of the transport planning world, Mark represents Yorkshire at badminton and enjoys taking his dog, Buddy, on long walks in the hills.
