Update on Coronavirus

In conjunction with our venues, we are currently monitoring the situation regarding CILT events and are following the guidelines issued by HM Government.

CILT continues to follow advice as published from the World Health Organisation, Public Health England, Health Protection Scotland, Public Health Wales and Public Health Agency (NI). Now in their 29th year, the prestigious CILT Awards for Excellence are a chance for organisations to empower their staff to evolve the profession, using the platform to elevate the profile of individuals and organisations who have excelled. 

The CILT Awards for Excellence is the hallmark event of the year and we need you to put yourself, your colleagues and organisational projects forward to be recognised by us, the leading membership body for professionals within logistics and transport. 

We welcome entries in 12 different categories - 10 categories are project-based and awarded to organisations:
  • Environmental Improvement
  • Freight Transport
  • Health, Safety and Wellbeing 
  • Passenger Transport
  • People Development
  • Operations Management
  • Supply Chain Innovation 
  • Technology Innovation 
  • Transport Policy and Planning 
  • Warehouse Operations


We also recognise individuals who have overcome challenges and made a significant personal impact on their business operations. The CILT Awards for Excellence 2021 are looking for a:

  • Diversity Champion
  • Rising Star
