Tuffnells is a leading provider of next-day B2B delivery of mixed parcel freight consignments, specialising in items of irregular dimension and weight ("IDW").Tuffnells offers distribution coverage throughout the UK through a network of 37 depots and operates a largely depot-to-depot operational model, delivering over 13 million consignments per annum, through a wide range of services to over 4,500 customers focusing on SMEs.

The business was founded by Harold J Tufnell with just a horse and cart and an investment of £100 in 1914 and in 2010 the annual turnover of Tuffnells exceeded £100 million for the first time.

The business continues to grow and offers a wide range of solutions including Depot Track & Trace & Overhead Scanning, ‘MtyTuffnells’ – an easy to use, ‘track anywhere’ system for checking and tracing consignments, as well as an online trace system for residential deliveries.
