The RTITB Instructor Academy has announced its first VIP Open Evening, to help educate employers as to the benefits of investing in quality instructor training.

On Tuesday 5th September, representatives from West Midlands businesses, will attend the evening held at The Instructor Academy’s training centre in Telford, Shropshire from 4.00pm until 7.00pm. The Academy welcomes businesses from a wide range of industries to learn how they can reduce costs and improve the overall safety of their operations by improving the current train-the-trainer courses they may have invested in for on-site trainers.

During the event, delegates will have the opportunity to observe live lift truck and banksman demonstrations, hear from influential guest speakers and learn, first-hand, about the instructor course options available to them, including LGV, Driver CPC, Lift Truck and Banksman. There will also be the opportunity for employers to learn about how their business can maximise the benefits of the apprenticeship levy whilst also addressing the current skills shortage affecting our industry.
