CILT members invited to BRTuk’s Bristol Conference Invitation

15 November 2017/Categories: CILT, Industry News, Bus & Coach, Institute News

BRTuk is holding its latest Annual Conference in Bristol on 27th & 28th November. Bristol is introducing a network of BRT routes as part of its Metro development.

BRTuk has again invited CILT Members to attend the conference and is offering discounted rates applicable to BRTuk members or Young Professionals.

This year’s theme is BRT – Public Transport for smarter, healthier cities. This will be looked at against the context of devolution and the healthier city agenda which is bringing forward policy and practical initiative. These include Strategic Air Quality Plans, Clear Air Zones and Zero Emission Bus Zones.

The event also provides a unique opportunity to visit and learn from the MetroBus Network.

BRTuk and its conference is renowned for its down-to-earth presentations, frank discussion and honest sharing of experience, together with exceptional networking with senior professionals promoting, designing, building and operating innovative transport schemes. There will also be commercial exhibition stands and a networking dinner.
