Looking towards the future, CILT is looking to develop its qualifications and study programmes to better reflect the changing face of the industry. Your Institute can only assess what should be included in the content of any qualification through feedback from the people who are facing the ongoing challenges, our members.
The Survey for the Future is an opportunity for you to actively shape the knowledge and skill development for the sector. As a result, we can ensure we are developing the workforce of the future through a rigorous and valued qualification that reflects the future needs of the logistics and supply chain profession.
With this in mind, we would like to get your valued response to some of the areas we feel will have an impact on our sectors in the future, taking into account the impact of digitisation and automation in particular.
CILT has put together a short questionnaire that will form the basis for the Institute to undertake further industry research to develop a curriculum that will be fit for purpose as we move into the crucial second quarter of the 21st Century.
The survey lists some topics and themes that are becoming increasing inherent in the sector, whereby you can tell us if you feel these are either Essential, Desirable or Not Applicable to your operation within the profession.
