Joining us remotely for the 2018 CILT Virtual Careers Fair will be Glasgow Caledonian University.
Every organisation, from small social enterprises to global multinationals with thousands of employees, must manage its supply chain and business operations. To meet this demand, Glasgow Caledonian University has developed a Masters in International Operations and Supply Chain Management. The programme is accredited by The CILT and is the only programme where students can achieve Lean Yellow Belt certification as part of the degree.
The programme is designed so that graduates can contribute effectively from the beginning of their employment. Supported by academics with extensive industry experience, students at the University can draw on cross-cultural examples and “real-world” teaching. Students gain a thorough appreciation and understanding of theory and practices from different contexts around the world. They benefit from the opportunity of a work-related activity and case studies along with exposure to the theories and research in operations management and supply chain management. Previous graduates from the programme have gained employment in a wide range of organisations including public and private sector, manufacturing and service.
With an international portfolio, and a diverse teaching and student community, the programme welcomes students from different cultures and backgrounds who want to further develop a global attitude towards managing business operations and supply chains.
The CILT Virtual Careers Fair will be live streamed over Facebook 6pm, 6th November.
