CILT is delighted to announce its new values for staff, members and corporate members to place at the centre of their every action, word and deed.
As CILT moves forward to deliver on its new strategy, these values will govern our way of working across the Institute. They constitute reference points covering all aspects of colleagues’ working relationships, specifically (but not exclusively) with other employees, members, Forums, groups, governments, business partners, suppliers, competitors and the broader community.
The objective is to define the way we think, work and act at CILT to ensure we deliver our promise of providing an Institute that is essential to its members, inspires its audiences and delivers experiences that are loved, for life.
