DSV in the UK are pleased to announce they continue to build their presence in the Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire areas with the addition of a new 300,000 square foot facility within the Peterborough Gateway Development.
The new state-of-the-art warehouse facility is part of DSV UK's growth plan to further enhance the warehouse and fulfilment services offered by the logistics division.
In 2013, DSV opened a 108,000 square foot warehouse in Thrapston, increasing the capacity of the existing site. Soon after, in 2015, a new 400,000 square foot development in Raunds was added to the portfolio. DSV are well positioned to offer a complete solution and service package to optimise customer supply chains.
The new Peterborough facility was opened in Oct 2018, in preparation to provide the very important seasonal capacity required by our customer base. Utilising the very latest in mechanical handling equipment and a Tier 1 warehouse management system the site offers flexible and highly configurable storage and order processing services.
